The finish is where all the cool kids hang out.Perhaps simply for they are closest to the freshly tapped keggage. With age, wisdom. Smart people these bandophiles. Not to mention having the kill view of the proceedings yet to come.

Once again, the police tape goes up, surrounding the alley from those who might be harmed by the impending flow, and (hopefully) those who don't belong; they who are not there to enjoy.

An event such as this demands the most pomp and circumstance available. Luckily, flags, although not checkered, yet forebodingly more suitably decorated, were on-hand for the finish.
